    The only question I have is… As a chef, I was always told to not put wine into my food if I was no prepared to drink it. I tested this method with a bottle of Β£6 Romanian Pinot Noir and then again with a 2019 Malbec and the flavours where completely different.

    Okay so the guy at the market with the mushrooms said never use water on your mushrooms. Is that always? Because if there's dirt on my mushrooms I need to wash them and dry them of course.

    Thank you for the recipe for the braised beef short ribs, Chef Ramsay! They are cooking in my oven as I type this review. I have made them before, and the dish is simply amazing! They are so tender and flavorful! The house already smells amazing, and they still have another hour to go. Everyone who has tried them has loved them. I’m so glad that you posted the video here, as now I can share it with my friends.
