They look good, but the truth is, the yeast here is pointless. Yeast feeds on not only sugar, but also carbs in order to do their magic. Here, I feel like, as in most keto recipes using yeast, the yeast is being added to give the user(s) the illusion of making something more similar to the very thing they're trying to copy in keto form.
I'm diabetic and it's hard on your entire body.

Those are not keto. It has maple syrup. Look at the carbs just in syrup.
Argh. Once again my hopes are raised and then dashed. Am I the only person who hates the taste of flax and isolate? ( and the texture of coconut flour, which doesn't apply to this video). Still, I appreciate all the work you do in developing recipes and creating videos for us. I just hate being a square peg.

I would make sure to use real cinnamon and not the one made with cassia, which is actually quite bad for you in these quantities

Looks good but unfortunately nuts are a no no for me coconut flour is ok. To meny oxilates in the nuts.
