    Regarding leg cramps. For me…I "think" when I added a touch of fruit to my meal. Like a half of an orange or a slice or less of pineapple to my meal. I eat it after some meat has gone down so it doesn't go in first. Haven't had leg cramps in weeks. Still losing weight slowly. About 3 months in total

    This is very inspiring! I'm half Italian and my food heritage has been all things bread and pasta. It had been rough to have to give up those foods. It's wonderful to hear from an Italian grandma who did it and is thriving!
