Hello madam. Made this today. Came out really well. Used brocolli, babycorn n zucchini instead of normal veggies. Used black pepper to full effect. Thank u so much for this simple recipe with indian spices. Request you to pls post a veg Thai curry (green) recipe, want to surprise my wife with it as she loves it a lot. Also what to use to give it a saffron colour which enhances taste also, want to try it as gravy with sizzler. Thank u once again. Much much appreciated.
