Definitely gana try just found out a lot of my health issues was caused by gluten. I was shocked. Also found out after being a life long milk lover being raised on fresh milk from the cow that im slight lactose intolerant

The grocery store is so far away, I only go twice per month. For some reason those two days I’m really into cooking everything from scratch so I never buy anything easy and celiac friendly. 🤷♀️

Our local VFW does unbreaded chicken wings , bought cheaper in bulk, deep fried as usual & drenched in your choice of sauce.
Preferred, even if not gluten intolerant.

Growing up, I had a few celiac family members, and I remember the struggle! Especially living in a very rural area.
It wasn't until the hippies made "gluten-free" mainstream that I could actually buy stuff in most every supermarket!
