Hello Ma'am, I tried this dosa today without shallots. It was tasty 👍🏼. But dosa turned out very soft and torn often. So had to repair the batter with a little maida… After that, all good👍🏼

Thanks for the lovely recipe. Tried quinoa dosa with cucumber came out excellent! I also tried using carrot and beet left from juicing, and was delicious. Just added little semolina for binding. My daughter loved the pink dosas.

Dear All Viewers of Nisa Homey, Dosa came out really crisp and tasty…. had a doubt that whether cucumber will suit or will the dosa get easily removed from Pan and can we easily flip….. but, i shuld tell you all that , it really works and tastes really delicious

Hello Mam, I have tried many recipes of urs and they come out perfectly every time. Read comments here praising how good dosa came, I too followed the recipe as it was shown but somehow not one dosa came out like dosa , it was literally like I am trying to make dosa from a batter which is not actually for making dosa . Ultimately changed 2 tawa’a but no advantage, all the batter I tried but couldn’t make a single dosa . Here I am telling all this because I really loved such a healthy and tasty recipe but need guidance why did this happen, what could have happened that others could make it perfectly but I wasn’t able to make even one. I make Dosa’s of all kinds so can say something somewhere I did was wrong but not able to figure out exactly what. Fellow members too, who have made this Dosa successfully, if u guys can guide me on this , it would be of great help 🙏🏼
