It's cookie time!!! I was feeling like we needed a little sweet treat amongst the savory recipes lately. 😉 Hope you enjoy these chocolate chip cookies…and I'll just forewarn you that they're highly addictive. Ha! xo – Lisa
Is it possible to make this recipe with 1 cup almond flour and 1 cup oatmeal? I only have 1 cup almond flour on hand…
Lisa ho
Hello Lisa, can the coconut sugar be replaced with cane sugar or regular sugar? If so, is the measurement still the same as the coconut sugar?
Hope you keep the recipes coming for gluten free foods, snacks and desserts. Our family loved the cookies.
The best things in life are … simple? And yummy! I really want to try with small pieces of strawberry, too.
Thank you – this one recipe should see my cookie/biscuit cravings the whole week through! 🍪🍪🍪
These look so darn yummy!
I need to restock my pantry with gluten free and paleo items. At least, that's my excuse for needing the ingredients for these cookies 😉
Just picked up some almond flour to make these! I'm not GF, but love ALL of your recipes and even got my parents started on your videos. My mom and dad made your chili last week. Thank you for the wonderful content — not only are the recipes healthy and delicious, but your kind personality is a real joy!
I have these in the oven right now! They smell amazing! Can't wait to eat them. Thank you for wonderful recipes!
Love the look of this recipe, thanks for posting!
Hi! I live in the UK and only measure things in grams. Could anyone tell me how many grams is in half a cup? Thank you!
Thanks for this recipe. I need to cut out processed sugar, would this recipe work if I omit coconut sugar?
What's gluten and why is it bad?

I don’t eat eggs, what can I use to substitute the egg part?
just made these and oh boy! they are delicious and very easy to do with simple ingredients Love it! Thank you
I made this today and it was the best cookie ever thank you so much for this recipe 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Very disappointed to see coconut oil and sugar in the recipe because I'm highly allergic to coconuts on top of being gluten intolerant.
I think a mild coconut flavor from the unprocessed coconut oil would be perfectly desirable in this recipe. Refined coconut oil is too processed for my taste. Could you substitute almond flour for coconut flour in this recipe? I also have a paleo baking flour that has blanched almond, cassava and coconut flour,. I just don’t know the ratios or liquid amounts for these types of flours. I know coconut flour absorbs more moisture than almond flour, but that’s all I know about using gluten free flours. Plus I don’t have almond flour yet. Love your recipes👍
i need to try this recipe asap!! thanks lisa <3
If I’m allergic to almond flour, can I sub for a different kind?
The almond flour absorbs the liquid, not the other way around. 😉 Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!
Yummy! Definitely going to save this recipe! I attempted baking cookies once with coconut flour, but they didn’t turn out as good. Almond flour sounds like a better alternative 🙃
Can you use a Flax or Chia Seed Egg instead of a Chicken egg? 🥚 🤔
I wonder if this could be made as a skillet cookie? Looks amazing, Lisa!
Can I just use brown sugar? Can't do the coconut.
With 1/2 cup butter my dough became runny. Can you please give sugar free cookies also, maybe the difference was that I used Truvia sweetener.
Love this, will try! Just wondering if they are really almond floury? I’ve been keto-esc for a while and have made almond flour recipes but don’t too much like the texture.
