Just look at the shop directory. You'll sure find the food courts.

I used to visit mid valley frequently (actually i was work in bank in mall) but its been years since so many mall nearby my home.
i think you should explore food in the east coast as well

Used to be my regular weekend haunt. For first timers, it can be daunting. The floor directories dispersed around at each floor in the mall can guide you to where you want to go. There are a few food courts within Mid Valley Megamall – why you are sent all over the place is due to not being precise as to which food court.

Funny thing is all those people pointing to different direction were not wrong. Coz there are 3-4 foodcourt in the mall.
But i dont thing the foodcourt in midvalley are that good, some other mall has better food court with multiple choice
it's been a while since i've been to mid valley, if i'm not mistaken carl's jr. used to be near the cinema now probably replaced by the japanese restaurant. just love them burgers.
the bigger LG foodcourt is slightly hidden.. it’s almost as if u are leaving the mall through a service entrance. the food there is cheaper. the mini foodcourt u sat at is the Aeon foodcourt. there’s always some guy singing there.
Gardens Mall beside it is not as big as Mid Valley Megamall. i go there for a “quieter” mall experience. less people, more breathing space 😂. nothing much there though except the usual branded item outlets so i guess u can give it a miss.
anyway i had a good laugh at all the different levels u had to go to 😆. 👍
So much fun discovering restaurants in mid valley megamall! There are 2 main food courts in the mall, two of them are on the LG level which is there level where AEON is, one is the AEON food court but there is another one where entrance is tucked in an inconspicuous corner, it's where the mall workers go to eat. Another's on level 2 and that's a non halal food court serving lots of Chinese food.
There are 3 food court in Mid Valley megamall. 1 at 3rd floor (main food court). 2 at 2nd floor. 3 at LG (down floor) less expensive hidden food court mostly for workers

Kaya is like coconut jam, very famous and staple in Malaysia, I'm surprised you haven't tried it yet. Try it with toast and butter.
There are 3 food courts at mid valley. One of them is on the same floor as the cinema. On the other end. the 2nd one is at center court. Above toys r us. This one is mainly Chinese cuisines and is non-Halal. The 3rd one is located on the LG floor along the walkway between mid valley and gardens mall. The trick with malls in Malaysia is to walk from one end to another before heading to floor below
This is why I absolutely hate malls. The bigger they are the more I hate them. Can you imagine the cost of renting a food stall inside those malls. Thus prices of food will be at least twice the price
Most malls have website with directory, shop categories and shop lot no. It's very useful if you want to go to specific shop, you can just search it up in advance so once you arrive at the mall, you can just go straight to that shop. Midvalley's website even have F&B directory for each levels
We don't blame you for getting lost Dan. That's the problem with many Malaysian places – poor signages, small and hidden, if any. Even we ourselves can get lost too.. 😅
