Love the prism 🌈 on your face. I picked my gym because it had a sauna (and a hot tub) and I loved how open it felt, they also have workout classes and tons of equipment/machines. They have great hours and I’m barely 5 minutes from my house. Would love to see more workout vids…legs/arms/gluts/back/core. And more meal prep…what are your calorie goals/macros/ nutritional supplements.
