Great video! Im an acute dialysis nurse. Had horrible food choices for years. Caught up with me in my 40s. I didnt want to be one of my patients. Starting following Lulu, and changed my ways. Thank you Lulu😊 i feel so much better. I eat what nourishes me, and its great! My treats are whatever my body needs. Today its a baked sweet potato with uncured bacon and homemade sour cream. Finding what works for you, and staying away from processed foods. You are amazing lulu! Thank u!

I appreciate you and your videos each week. You definitely give me some extra motivation to take care of myself. I look forward to seeing what you've been up to in your adventures. You are right on target when you discuss simplifying food and being consistent. I've picked up a few things from you and shared with family & friends too. Since Feb, I've released about 50 lbs just by changing my food plan and adding more movement & resistance training. I went camping this weekend in the back of my truckbed campershell here in Texas. The trees were stripping for us as they were dropping leaves like rain. I'm looking forward to when I can get another van for camping. You have given me a lot of ideas.
Thank you! I hope you have a wonderful month! Happy Holidays! ❤

Lulu, you have a plan that makes sense and works no wonder you stick to it. I love that. Like you say it’s being mindful and aware.
Treating your body with respect and care.

Did you eat this way when you worked , I find the days I work I cheat , my weekends I eat far less. Did you find it’s easier to stick to the eating p,an since retiring?

Hi lulu thank you for sharing. I like all your videos because I’m interested in van life and have food issues. This time of year is difficult because it’s so food centered and I’m gone off the deep end which has put me in bad mood. Watching your videos again will hopefully help me get back to taking care of myself and stop abusing myself with food. Thank you 🙏🏻

Thank you, LuLu, I always enjoy your messages of encouragement, inspiration and joy! I struggle immensely with food addiction and lack of motivation. I’ve lost several adult humans (in weight) over the years and today I’m heavier than I’ve ever been.
Today’s message was so gentle and real it felt like true encouragement not a pep talk. Thank you for that. Safe travels!

You are eating real food, plenty of colourful veggies, not too much starch, some good protein, plus good healthy fats, no seed oils or sugar. Good on you for doing the complete turnaround of your diet and lifestyle into a healthy fun one. I really love your energy.

Hi Lulu, thank you for your magical advice, yes, magic doesn’t fall from heaven, it happens if you’re changing thoughts and behavior. I like to watch what you’re doing, because no matter what, you’re doing it with passion, sitting in a chair as well as hiking and enjoying this wonderful earth, preparing food for the body 🥚🍚🍐and the soul📚. And I like to think about what we call a treat … Love, Monika❣

    Hi LuLu
With all the talk about the weight loss you’ve done over the years. I am curious when you began did you work out quite a bit while you were losing so that you didn’t lose your muscle and actually build it back up
Could you share a little bit about that because I understand if we lose weight too quickly and don’t work out everything is going to drop from the face down, and I would like to plan this together, the weight loss gradually, and that working out gradually to get myself in good strength, and have everything not fall so I’d like you to share that on one of your talks if you would please and thank you have a joyful Christmas with your family will look forward to following you down the next road merry Christmas🎄❤️
