There's a good channel that does a lot of Asian cooking called School of Wok. It's recorded in London so it's all in English. I think they have a General Tso recipe on there even though you can't get the dish from UK Chinese takeaways – I think it was invented in the US.

Wow. This just looks so good I can't wait to try it. I have been diagnosed with CHF, and I need to watch my sodium intake. So I don't buy salt anymore, I have been using spices, and herbs to flavor my food. Using lemon pepper, and Mrs. Dash seasonings. I have been cooking simple Thai dishes, and Indian Curries. Love them all, and everything tastes fantastic when you use fresh ingredients.
