I just made your recipe. I cut it in half but still there’s so much batter to cook! I am cooking one in the pot (using my stainless steel rice pot!) and one in the instant pot. Thank goodness I decided to watch this video. I forgot to cover the gau in the instant pot and sure enough when I ran over to put foil on it there was a puddle of water sitting on top!! I was able to take it off with paper towel and cover before it was ruined. 😅
How many OZ. is your Bowl for leaf lining/gau?
