I live in SC… My mama took a can of spam …. Diced…..fried and then made gravy right in the pan with the spam. She served it with sliced cantelope and homemade biscuits for Saturday's lunch. It was a favorite and economical to make.
Oh my gosh, how does a microwave safe cover even melt? Yikes! Mine is fine. They sold mine 2 for either €1.99 or €3.99 at my local Aldi. And they are still perfectly fine. It's nice to have at least a couple, because, well yes, you never know. It was new to me when I got them as well and now I can't be without them!

I like to run these kinds of videos when I'm cooking in my own kitchen. it's more engaging that way if you take the 5 minutes or so of talking and spready it through the video where you have the music. I would much rather have you chatting to me than playing music.

I was looking at your cabinets and I still like the gray lowers and white uppers. Do you still like them? I keep wondering if your pantry door would look cool if it matched the wall color, or maybe this is a totally weird thought, maybe the bottom of the pantry door in gray.
