    Made this last night… Fantastic. Tastes very similar to the shop I often buy a version of this with beef at! I loved it. Used green onion whites instead of coriander stems during saute.

    Mashrooms are great but you must wash them true and leave to dry aesy to dry and clean before frying them.
    I use honey for cooking not sugar. And reduced salt.

    Perfect as always. What a lot of people don't realize is that green yellow and orange and red bell peppers are all the same exact plant it's just a matter of how long you leave them on the vine. I grow them in my garden. Also another little snippet of information is that if you grind your black peppercorns the way that you did you can take them and put them through a fine sieve and extract just the core of the peppercorn which will give it a different flavor. It's nice to have the husk of the peppercorn with the inside in some dishes but it's at least worth a try to get just the interior heart of the peppercorn

    I brought some mushrooms, peppers and celery (all reduced at the supermarket) that all went into the recipe..I am no cook but this is very tasty and crunchy just right with the soya sauce. I make mine hot with the garlic, chillies and soya sauce and it just as I like it. Thanks for this easy quick dish..
