So I've made this awhile ago in the past, and quite enjoyed it. It was my brother's birthday so I had family come over to make this for them. I was in near tears when I realized the soup was completely effed up and had to throw it out. All I did was try to triple the amounts. I went to safeway and got the beef short ribs there. (Last time I had gotten it from the korean market). It looked good so idk why this flopped. It was really embarrassing and I wasted so much money. I was wondering if you could explain why that happened and what I'm supposed to change if I double or triple the amount?

Thankyou so much for all your great recipes!! I have tried quite a few of them on my family now, even if it takes three months to order certain products online pretty much directly from Korea so worth it, however I do have an addiction to red pepper paste I use that like ketchup 🤣

I am considering buying an enamel cast iron pot but it is my first time owning one and I am not sure if I should opt for like le crueset or start with more budget friendly like lodge and other not in the double half , triple, four five hundreds price.

Browning the tips before boiling them for the 2 hours would have taken this out of the stratosphere!!!! You are an absolutely beautiful woman and I would be honored to have a bite of anything you cooked!
