Re soaking, i realise thats true thankyou, particularly with knuckle bones. But I would not soak bones otherwise.

Hi I watched all of your videos and tried quite a few myself since buying the Instant Pot…but have you considered making some vegan dishes with the Instant Pot? 🙂
I wonder if I missed it but I'm not sure if you did a natural pressure release or a quick one after the initial 30 minute 'soup ' cook.
If you use bones from grassfed organic animals there should be no impurities, so do not need to be soaked surely?

Nice.. if you want to boost the flavor further – just add the following to the pot while the noodles are cooking: 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon Gochujang (hot pepper paste), 1 tablespoon Gochugaru (hot pepper flakes), 2 crushes garlic cloves – spicy, salty, sweet and delicious!
