    The main purpose of pressure cooker is to cook in steam.If u whistle the cooker the steam is released and wasted. As a chef u should be knowing this and avoid such wastage..
    Whistle is just the indication that there is enough steam in the cooker. Guide the people for proper use of pressure cooker.
