    I never taste this dish, but my friend’s fiancee is Spanish and I cooked this when they came over… He said it’s authentic and taste delicious… Thanks for the recipe… Although it tastes little more bland for me and I will add more spices for my own tastebuds 🤗

    WAY TOO OILY. The potatoes have so much oil in them, adding oil in the pan after you have mixed the potatoes with the eggs is big NO NO. Also dont try this recipe if you dont have a non stick pan.
