I love learning about Indian cooking. I would like to know about the curry leaves. Do you cook with them and remove them or eat them? Also yes, it is much more interesting to watch the food cook in the pan. Recipes please! 😂Thanks!

Well done with the parathas! Yes I do like to see the pot as you cook. You are an absolutely crazy awesome cook! Love you videos! Can't get enough of them. Thank you Ami for your dedication. Can't wait for your Indian cookbook. I hope it is going to be a paper copy, not just digital.

How do you keep up with all the things you do and still show up here for us! love power watching. Just made a chocolate sweet potato cake..its in the instapot so hopefully it turns out…put a bit of this and that in there…inspired by you of course…love how your kids eat. I love that kind of food but too much time in the kitchen for me. I live in the hot hot tropics close to the equator and couldn't imagine cooking that long. I have 3 instapots going though! haha
