    Thank u for not making me feel horrible when I keep 2 double doubles and still want more lol. Every time I see someone just grab one burger makes me feel like I eat too much. But I just like to get full and not be hungry.!

    I have to tell myself all the time to just show up for my workouts.. I’m always telling myself “don’t overthink it,just do it.” Even if it’s not the best workout and I’m just going thru the motions, if nothing else at least I am maintaining and not going backwards.

    Making yourself show up when you don’t feel like it is also how we build discipline! And that’s what separates us from those who don’t stick to it for the long run. I’ve been lifting weights for 5+ years now and i still have “bad” days and weeks, that’s just part of the journey!
