    Nicole, I don’t normally comment but I feel the need to. I’ve had weight issues my entire life. When I was 14 I lost 60 lbs. then I gained 100 back. Then I lost 100, but I was basically anorexic at the end. Right now, I’ve gained 60 back but I’m still thankful I am not at my highest weight. I know that the only way for me to be healthy is to have balance. I’ve done all or nothing diets and it’s only left me exhausted. I watch your videos when I’m at the gym during my lunch break. I celebrate the small victories. I’m moving my body when I can. I fall of the wagon with my eating, but I know tomorrow is a new day and I always try to start fresh. Thank you for your motivation.

    I hope you ordered the Nick's Birthday cake flavor because that is by far the best one. It is nearly impossible to get it where I live, unfortunately. My local store had it once and I bought it to try it and immediately regretted not buying all they had! I really don't want to have to pay $9.99 for a pint of ice cream off their website, but I can NOT find it in store!

    When I was eating oatmeal & I did the over nights oats I had to add more liquid & ate them warm. I did oats cinnamon or pumpkin spice, pepitos, no sugar coconut flakes, hemp seeds chia seeds.

    I tell ya what, the local 99cent & dollar stores have been getting some little treasures. I found the Strawberry flavored Greek cream cheese brand you've used in a tub & way spreadable for only 99cents! Bought 4! Grocery Outlet is what we have here on the West coast, think is kinda like your imperfect foods & they too will have some organic/name brand deals. Learned to explore the different stores & not have blinders because of a "name". I want to also thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing the last couple years if your ENTIRE health journey. You are proof in the puddin' if we put the effort in we can get the results we want for ourselves. You have proven there is no "bad" or "wrong" foods if it gets you to your goal. The biggest take away I have figured out is PROTEIN first, use carbs & fat as a fuel lever. I tell ya what, if I eat 20-40g of protein in a meal, really hard to over eat as long as I'm tracking.     If you like apples+ oatmeal you should try overnight oats with the apple pie spice. I’m watching this and adding this comment as you’re talking about your new shakes – You could probably also use the protein shakes in place of the liquid for your overnight oats and then heat in the AM (in a hot overnight oats girl btw)

    It does matter if you’re eating carbs to those people who don’t tolerate carbs well and have insulin resistance. Insulin is a fat storing hormone. Calories in vs calories out works great for those who don’t have these hormonal issues. #jealous if this is you because only way I lose weight and get rid of IR is low carb and fasting. It’s for real a struggle. 😢
