    I would love to see you cook a soup with the whole frozen tomatoes that you showed us how to freeze. I have a few bags in the freezer that I froze by following your video.

    I do something similar but don’t call it Italian.
    Red onions, red, yellow and green bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, meaty tomatoes, carrots and eggplant – toss in olive oil, salt and pepper and place it on a wood fire grill pan.
    Don't put any dressing on it, just let the veggies speak for themselves.
    Can't beat that smokey flavor.

    The absolute best way to serve and eat green beans is to take a bad of fresh frozen French cut beans and steam them till they are tender then serve them with lots of butter, salt, fresh cracked black pepper and Texas Pete ( I now used Paula Dean Hot Sauce, toss to coat . I can make a meal of these with a slice of crusty bread
