I will add that a great source of seafood bullion is in Asian markets. We actually prefer their beef and chicken bullion too. After living in Korea and coming home and tasting the difference, we have been exclusively buying bullions from Asian markets for a decade. We make semi annual trips to Atlanta (over 3 hours each way) to get the best prices.

Dear Paula I love your recipes, I just finished your cheeseburger Meatloaf which I just loved! I didnt think I would like the topping of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. I tried it anyway, and I just loved it!! I would love to see you do a Deviled Crab recipe and maybe a seafood salad, I am scared to try and need your guidance! Thank you Paula!!

On Sundays, My mamo made fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy (from the chicken drippings) green beans and banana pudding, Sure do miss her. Can't duplicate her southern cooking, it was so good. But I do have her cast iron Dutch oven that she used to cook her chicken in. A treasure to me.

Although I don't know any of your family personally, Paula, this was a difficult video to watch with Jay. His untimely passing was all I could think about, especially with such an upbeat and fun video. A true loss for your family. 🙏
