Frank's eyes look Brown, what's with that?. lol. Maybe it's the way it was videotaped.
Rickles completely stole the show! I miss him!
It's amazing that this is from 1976. More than 11 years before I was born. Just seeing the topics he discusses what matters during that time is just breathtaking. This was the same year my father immigrated from Saudi Arabia to America.
Please if you can upload more full shows. Just amazing memories.
Hard to believe they're all gone! In the 70s, you couldn't turn turn on a television or radio, and not see or hear one of these people, or a young Michael Jackson, or David Cassidy, etc…
Great monologue today, outgoing president stealing stuff…lol 50 years later and its fresher and more topical than when it originally aired!
Everyone on this video is dead now 😑. Great TV, never to be the same
David Janssen was such a great actor, but appeared very awkward in this appearance.
David Janssen was only 45 when this was taped and died 3 years later from a sudden heart attack. Heavy smoker and drinker caught up with him.
That hair on Olivia. Phew! I remember girls like that. Loved it.
All four were in the military. No wonder they're all men.
The Heyday
Wait! David Janssen died at age 48? He looks 67 here. That’s what smoking 4 packs a day and being a heavy drinker will do.
No we have ass wholes on late nite
Watching "The Tonight Show" was a rite of passage for me.I relished being old enough to stay up and watch this show with my mother. We watched this show together until we shared tears over Johnny's final show…I miss those days as much as I miss my mother.😢
Sinatra's voice was really off that night, rough and off key.
I was 7 when this aired. I would spend the weekends with my dad and I’m sure I saw this episode on that Friday night. He watched Johnny every night. I have such a great appreciation for the “oldies” like this because of my dad. Such good memories.
The Chattamooga Choo Choo. allowed me to wreack the kitchen.
Thanks! I missed this episode while I was in boot camp!
Great show. RIP to all of them. Legends!!
84th street and broadway…NYC. 1979. 11:30PM every week night. Lights out. makeshift "room" in the living room of a 1 bedroom. the only light coming from the tv. having just watched MASH….she loved johnny.
frank is out of tune.
Any chance you have Blue Man Groups original appearance?
Please upload the episode with Johnny Yune

AWFUL. All he did was talk through the song. He, Liza, and Judy ruined their voices smoking and drinking.
An Italian who expects to be treated with reverence, treats themselves accordingly just like Frank Sinatra treated himself.
