I so understand going down slowly. In 2006 I stepped down a stair when my ankle did a snap-crackle-pop and broke in two places. No real reason for it, I didn't even fall! Even now I'm very cautious going down stairs.

At Whole Foods the Lily’s brand is where it is at! Chocolate chips, baking chocolate, chocolate bars, peanut butter cups, chocolate covered caramel/almonds etc, all sweetened with stevia and soo good!

As you were climbing the cave, it occurred to me that our weight loss journey is much like that…many times an uphill, difficult, blood, sweat and tears journey, but the view from the top is so worth it!

Girl, I am fasting but I now am craving a chaffle breakfast sandwich. Do going to make me one to break my fast. I am excited now. Lol.
Cant tell you how many different products I have tried and do not like how they taste. I have wasted so much $$$$
I have stopped trying new food items. I cant afford it. Lol 😂😂
Had to come back and tell you that I am still zo jealous of your afternoon cup of coffee. If I have more than 1 cup of coffee it messes up my sleep. Cant have any sort of caffeine after 12pm. 😭😭😭
This part of menopause I dislike A LOT!!!! Just sayin…
Thanks for sharing that simple chicken thigh dinner. I like simple and delicious.
    Have a fantastic day!

I tried the keto cups last year and I didn’t like them either. Too bitter for me. I can’t wait until we get Rebel ice cream in my area. Right now I get Enlightened but the selection is limited.

I like watching time periods, like before the 1920's, because I like watching romance, drama adventure, like Outlander(set back in 1740's in Scotland), Poldark(set in 1780's in England), Jane Austen's Sanditon. I like seeing the buildings, the way they dress and the stories, that sometimes base on some history.

I am thinking of giving up Heavy whipping cream and or nuts or maybe both. This is the way I gave up sodas about 5 years ago during Lent. Thanks for sharing have a great rest of the week. I totally agree! Everything in its turn, right? There's a time for fasting and a time for FEASTING! Just get right back on the wagon. It's a lifestyle, not a diet. GO GIRL!!!

The items I find worthwhile for a special trip to Whole Foods (far away for us too) is the wild caught Alaskan salmon when on sale, Mammoth Creamery ice cream (expensive, but cleanest keto friendly one I have found aside from homemade), and some of their cheeses like the smoked cheddar and raw cheese! Also our kids LOVE their pizza by the slice. I have to reign in my shopping desires there, so many cool items, but super pricey for sure 😋
