    So great to see how you can do an easy "check up" with your food! It would be interesting to hear Pat reflect in a couple of weeks and see if he feels different, and if he had made some changes that he can keep in the everyday life.

    Wow, this was a super interesting video. I thought Pat was eating WAY more. It just comes to show, just because you’re a certain size, it doesn’t indicate how much or how little you eat. Genetics and lifestyle should also be taken into consideration.

    Great video. I’ve been logging since May of this year and it changed my body composition a lot. I’m 195# 6’4” and try to hit that 40/30/30 around 2400 calories a day.

    I enjoyed this video. I can only imagine if Pat ate his share in protein and got his numbers down he would be a beast and definitely feel better. After I got my macros down and actually ate the proper amount of protein it was like night and day!
