    Garlic! Lots of garlic. It boosts your metabolism. I always make salmon with rice. Rice is something we eat with every meal. But its has empty. I half it with cauliflower rice..cucumber makes a good side too.

    Sazon is so delicious! I made my own adobo and sazon and the recipe I used put in salt but I find it extremely salty and I love salt…so next time I make them I'm omitting salt so I can salt my food to taste. I know you made a bunch of your own seasonings, thought I'd share that you can make sazon and adobo too! Your food always looks fire though friend! Thanks for posting!

    Have Perfect Keto in my coffee every morning, it's a great way to start off the day. Tracking Macros are extremely important. We've been doing it every day for the past year and it has shown us sooooo much that we've been able to work food like a well-used tool. I'm extremely picky with my hotdogs because the fillers they put into them are such a wide gamut that you can really screw up if you grab the wrong item. First off it has ANY Wheat product, or Fructose in it TOSS IT. Love the Video

    will be interesting to see what you think of the wraps…you said 0 calories, 0 protein, 0 fat, and 4 carbs? If it has carbs, it has calories…not a lot, perhaps, but makes the label lacking, wouldn't you say? I try to remember not to just look at the nutrition label but ask myself if it makes sense…lots of games being played by food mfgs, unfortunately.
