    Daniella, good for you for trying something new! Even if it didn’t work for you, at least now you know it! I’m glad you are going back to “clean” no frills keto, I’ve been keto for 4 years, and you inspired me to clean up my act too! I started doing a “protein sparing modified fast” for weight loss, you might try adding it in 2-3 days a week. Much easier than carnivore! Love your channel!

    Just eat what feels right. Congrats to those who can do carnivore or something else but I’m with you and think that ketovore is the farthest I could go. We’re all different and don’t feel pressured to guilt yourself with food. That’s what leads us all to yo-yo dieting and bad choices in the first place. I’m proud of you for the challenge and I appreciate your honesty but do what works best for you. Stay beautiful girly!

    Not being able to have seasoning and herbs makes carnivore an absolute no from me. And I even have autoimmune disorders which could benefit. Kudos to you for doing this challenge.

    Still say do ketovore and have mostly meat with little veggie. Maybe with dinner or few times a week plus hunny season your food. I season haha and I have some veggies few times a week. This your journey f**k what everyone else think you doing right or wrong. Let them do it their way while you rock your way.

    To my understanding Carnivore is great as an elimination diet. Although you don't have to track, you have to be mindful of calories to lose weight. Fatty steaks and ground red meat pack way more calories than chicken breasts or fish. You can have it all, maybe just weigh it out. I can't do carnivore, I love my vegetables and occasional treats way too much.

    I can’t believe ppl do this long term. I am so thankful for my way of eating: trim healthy mama, or thm. There is a book, website etc. It’s fuel cycling. I alternate fat fueled meals with healthy carbs like sweet potatoes and fruit or brown rice, beans etc. Always centered with protein. You naturally come back to a healthy weight slowly and sustainably. This is crazy please don’t do things like this to your body💕 It needs all nutrients to perform correctly and have vibrant health.

    Real salt makes great flavored salts too. I love the garlic salt so good on beef. Also a seasoned salt. I get them on amazon in case you are interested. I too agree carnivore is not for me. If carnavore it not for you stop. Losing wait is hard don't make it harder for yourself. The Zevia ginger ale and rootbeer soda are great.

    Add more salt, lmnt has been a lifesaver, you can get it on Amazon. The lime salts, taste like margaritas, so yummy. I was feeling the same way, until I added them. Life changing, also great for Keto. I am medically carnivore, and my physician recommended them.
