I'll have to go back and revisit your site and recipes (I do have one of your cookbooks) but I recall recipes calling for "half a mango"; that is "fruit restriction " in my mind. Please help me understand.

Have you done a tummy tuck? Nothing wrong with that ofc! You just have so extremly flat belly even though you have had a couple of children plus lost 70 pounds, so I just wondered.🌸

Yes! I am 102 lbs, (only 5 ft tall), and I eat as much fruit as I can, especially at breakfast, but follow your recipes or very similar for lunch and dinner. Love you Kiki, you are an inspiration.

I also lost 70lbs after going vegan, but I didn’t limit any foods as long as it was plant based. BUT after two head injuries 50lbs came back as inflammatory weight gain even though nothing else in my life changed.

I appreciate your recipes as I’m finding low oil, gluten free and Whole Foods are helping me heal and drop weight again

Hey Kiki! I hope this question is not too invasive but I see your skin looks absolutely stunning. Did you by any chance get a tummy tuck after the weight loss? Or you didn't experience any loose skin?

So easy to have a diet like this when you live in a place that grows fruit almost year round … When you live in a place where it snows 6mos it of the year this is harder to do… Grocery stores are getting rid of organic non GMO foods … Which means the nutrients we get from them are not good and their full of toxins which makes people fatter

I only weigh 50.0kg so I’m quite slim and petite I’m 5ft6 24 years old I’m trying to gain weight but rn I’m trying to lose the love handles first because they look so prominent on me so I’m on a 1700 calorie diet 45% carbs 45% protein and 10% fat. And I do grow with jo workouts everyday it’s just the walking ones to melt off fat. Is that enough? I’m also vegetarian I don’t eat fish or eggs either but I eat mayo cheese etc

Yes!!!!! Thank you for making this!! I’m so tired of people being scared of fruit and it’s sugar!! The conspiracy to keep us all fat is real. There so much brainwashing around fruit.
Fruit sugar is not the same and does not work the same in our bodies as other sugars. It’s the sugar our bodies need and fruit cleanses the cells. Even for diabetics gasp – yes it’s true! If people are more fruit there would be less obesity! Thank you Kiki!

I'm not against tummy tucks or plastic surgery at all but there needs to be honesty when you are trying to influence people. No amount of clean earing will get rid of loose skin. Just be honest
