    omg the cost of your chicken floored me–but as you put it you will get multi meals out of it so it might not be soo bad–it is a hugh chicken–still wow on the price!!! look forward to more ideas for cooking in an insta pot as i just got one and have not used it yet!! 🙂

    Suggestion get a fat separator (cuisipro 4 cup).

    Broth is released from bottom of the fat separator and silicone plug controls the release of broth and fat which rises to top. So easy and a time saver as well.
