Wow, how similar my story is to yours. Been homeless due to my dad "forgetting" to pay his taxes and we lost the house. Lucky we had the council to help us and after 3wks in hostels we got our 11th floor flat which I loved lol. I'm 40 this year, in my 3rd year of an IVA, we had issues on the way, we lost dad suddenly. But because of your channel and other channels I am on my way to a deposit for my first home. I'm a little late in life but hey ho, I have no dependants and I'm happy with a good job. Thank you for your videos and for this whole community 🥰
