Oh my! What a perfect scriptural choice of this time our country & our world is in! Also your remarks about showing love & not judgment. God does & will judge He doesn’t need our help! Thank you.

My Grandmother cooked Italian version of this. I do my similar, but no sugar, as I will add diced Carrots, and use half a cube of Salted Butter in place of Sugar. Sugar will stick to Cast Iron Skillet if not careful. Carrot alone will do the job of the Sugar. I dice half of an Onion per Squash, seasoned with Spices of India. I do not drain the Squash's natural Water, as it helps in coating the veggies with the Spices, and also can add a tiny bit of Cornstarch to make a sauce at the same time.

This looks so good I love anything with squash. I like the tips on getting all of the water out of the squash. As I watch the video, I love the second chronicles that you read. We all need to hear that. And we need to pray for our country this 4th of July because our country is just not what it used to be. We have got to get back in the right direction.🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷☮️ I love watching your kitchen and all of your recipes and don't ever stop! Happy 4th to you and your family and let's keep praying for this country! We surely need it right now!

Two words for my squash. White pepper. It's like sugar and pepper all at once. I actually hide extra white pepper around here…I hear that it dries up zombies.
    Bless you!

My mom always cooked this for us! Having grown up in a large family, 9 boys and 6 girls, Mom had to use her imagination to make her food budget stretch! Mom was a prayer warrior and taught us about living for the Lord, she was an excellent example!

Beautiful message, thank you for reminding us what is important. The squash looks delicious. My grandmothers squash was one of my favorites as well as her creamed corn. What I would give to sit down at her table again, she has been gone for many years but was such a positive influence on her grandchildren.

My Mom used to make fried zucchini, and frankly it wasn't my favorite. She sliced the squash across the length, dipped it in beaten eggs, dredged in seasoned flour. Personally, I think what I didn't care for was the seeds. I don't know if Dad let them get ahead of him out in the garden, but he always brought in the ones that were huge. After I grew up I got to eating them at the cafeteria at work and they sliced it into sticks, battered and fried it. That was much better to me.
I enjoy it made into bread or fritters.

Grated zucchini is also delish in a chocolate cake or bread. Most people don’t know that it is in there. Very moist and yummy! Love your channel and Faith ! I do notice that more people are showing their faith. Of course if they show a lack of faith, I don’t stay around their channel .
