I use Cajun smoked sausage in a yummy chicken and sausage Alfredo.
Also, in jambalaya and gumbo. Which one do you want to learn how to make first? Lol

Kielbasa with potatoes and onions is my husband's favorite! Have you tried Tabasco siracha sauce! So yummy!!! A little tip for meals like pepper steak or spicy dish is to cook your rice with bloody mary mix…..

I always use it with sautéed peppers and onions and mushrooms and then boil perogis and once they boil I add them to the sausage and veggies and saute a little longer together!

Hi Julie, I love your channel! I no longer have any tears when cutting an onion, why… because I simply cut the onion in half, peel, then slice from where I had cut it in half, that way I am cutting all the way toward the rooted end, but I never disturb it, hence no strong odor, no tears!

Don't cut off the roots (end) of the onion while you are chopping it and it will not make your eyes water as much if at all. You just have to make sure you slice down toward the bottom of the onion before slicing the normal way. That way the onion is minced while you are slicing and it's all still attached to the bottom. Google it if you are unsure what I'm meaning. Also people that wear contacts don't have as many problems with cutting onions unless they are really strong onions.

I'm from south Louisiana. South of new orleans. We use the sausage in everything. Also, you can use what ever sausage you want.(not breakfast sausage) in the redbeans.
