Hi, Ms. O! That French onion soup pot roast looks amazing! I have never cooked with canned French onion soup (I just use onion soup mix), but I will have to try it. I like that you seasoned the meat well, and also that you added multiple bay leaves. Bay leaves are a secret in many things, I think. I would not have thought about making a sandwich with bread, but that looks great. I like a lot of sauce, too.
