Gonna cook this. Meal prepping for my week out in semi. I have always used mustard on my pork chops. Dipped in flour and fried it. I am now on keto and staying off all flour, sugar etc. ty xx 😘

When I don’t have cheese, I remove the chops and some of the juice, and add sour cream to make like a gravy to pour over the chops. Also Mmm-mm-hmm.
I do wish you had put the “trick” in this video, though, so we didn’t have to save an extra video for it. 😉
Also, it didn’t look like you scraped much of the “bits” from the bottom of the pan. How did you get them out?
I hesitated about subscribing at first, but now I’ve saved so many of your videos that I MUST have more!

I made this tonight. I didn't have Dijon so used regular yellow mustard and thought smoked gouda was mentioned so bought that.
It was delicious! The 3 of us in the house hardly ever agree on food but we all loved it.

I love that this is so easy to make. Looks delicious too and I just happen to have the chops in the freezer and an onion too. Now I know what I'm doing with my pork chops. One question though. What temp did u put your heat at? I will also be using my cast iron skillet.

Ha ha ha yeah, Pam, me too, I don't even how to pronounce it but yeah, I know what you mean ha ha! Yes, I am a big fan of French Onion Soup! So, you know how I love this French Onion Pork Chops of yours! Takes a while to caramelized the onions but it's worth the wait! Look at that rich and thick sauce! Great sharing, Pam and thank you so much!
