Too many negative comments folks!!! Amy is not straight forward, always on track, but that is part of her charm. Don't need a sassy remark telling me it is your opinion. At 83 , way ahead of you on that ! Peace to you and yours. 😇

Pronounced oh joo, I make my beef dips out of leftover eye of round roast, just heat it in some good beef stock, put it on a garlic butter toasted baguette, dip and enjoy.

You disgust me! I boycott your show. You left your husband and broke his heart. Plus wrecked your family without batting an eye. When you divorced your husband over some stupid knik picky reasons i quit watching your show on tv. That new man that you are married to now is only after your money and fame. Grow up, straighten up and fly right! Or maybe it's to late for that.

Amy, your cooking is so much like mine. I spend more time looking for those darned oven mitts than anything! Every time I use them I end up putting them down in a different place. This looks delish! Keep up the good work!

Bryn Mawr has a variety of so called correct pronunciations online. Brin Moor to Brin Maw and on and on. I think its Welsh derivation. It is also a school in Pennsylvania that Katherine Hepburn attended. I have always said brin more. I guess that will have to do.

Happy Mother’s Day Amy. When I make French Dip sandwiches I use deli roast beef. Then I make my own au jus by making beef stock using beef base, then add beer that’s it. I make garlic bread out of the rolls. I use provolone or Monterey Jack cheese and fresh mushrooms. I put the beef in the beef stock for a quick dip pile it on the garlic rolls add the cheese and fresh mushrooms put them in the oven until cheese is melted. The au jus as dipper and creamy horseradish sauce if one likes.

This is more like a philly cheese steak than an au jus sandwich. With au jus the meat is cooked in the broth & left in the broth. When serving, the meat & onions are put on the toasted bread with some sauce, but additional is served on the side. It usually is not served with cheese.

Your making me hungry. I’m sure you’ll pull it off Amy you seem to have a knack for cooking,I think that comes from you like to cook Amy. Happy Mothers Day, take the day off out of the kitchen you deserve a break.
Me I’m a lazy cook for the most part but still love coming to your kitchen. Maybe beef consommé would be a great choice more so than beef broth.
