I normally cook all of my meals and then put them in the freezer. I microwave them when I am ready to eat. However, I like the idea of the aluminum pans with meals ready to go into the oven. I will have to investigate that more. Thanks for the great tips. P.S. I am so glad you are using and loving the InstaPot.
