Thank You Chanty! These Meals look Super Yummy & Comforting! So Cool that you are setting your Mama up for Long Term Success even after you leave.
(Since she really doesn't like to cook – You might want to let her know about Mama Sezz Meal Delivery, too – they are all WFPB Oil-Free & freezable, too)

WOW!!! These look incredible! I’m always so impressed with your recipes. I honestly wish you had your own line of frozen vegan food available in grocery stores there’s really not many vegan options in the freezer section and certainly nothing that matches the time and quality of your recipes. Thanks for all you do love your channel!! 🙏🏽❤️🤗

Once I froze mashed potatoes over a shephards pie they didn't thaw well. They were very watery when defrosted. Is there a best potato to use for freezing?

    These recipes look great,thank you!

Just as a heads up….there are several studies about aluminum cookware being linked to Alzheimer's disease…so yes, there is some merit to the claim. Aluminum is not a great thing for the brain, whether it is in solid form or gases from it heating. There may be some debate on the temp you need to get the aluminum to to create toxic vapors, but always best to avoid heating food in it IMO. Great vids. Cool to see you doing a WFPB prep. We are on our journey in that direction.

You’re such a good daughter Chanty 🥹 Your mom should try out dump n bake recipes and one pot recipes they’re so easy literally just one step! They will empower her and inspire her to cook more! It’s obviously also good to have already prepped things for quick meals when all you wanna do is heat something up so potatoes, beans, rice or quinoa, tofu and salsa or some other type of sauce are so easy to prep! They’re staples in my fridge! And for snacks advise her to snack on fruit and even eat it for breakfast it’s so hydrating and just so good for the body 🙂

Yummy 😋 shepherd's pie & the pasta recipe looks good too. Another fantastic video Chanty Marie and I am planning to get a instant pot because they are more energy efficient than using a electric stove and I need to reduce my energy costs. Love 🥰 the video and love 💞 Chanty Marie.

I got so excited when I saw the thumbnail, I actually thought you finally made a new recipe for the Ziti. since you said you were going to put it back up. So you and your grandma love cooking but it skipped your mom?? I just made your lentil soup recipe today, it's our favorite.

Hi Chanty. Thanks for the great recipes – both look delicious! I agree with you about the foil – aluminium is not good for you! I always line my foil with baking parchment when I cook with it, or buy the parchment lined foil. There must be a reason someone invented that right!? 😊❤
