I just got my Instant Pot yesterday so I've been watching a lot of videos, many of yours, for the last several days. It's so very helpful to have these "day in the life" videos that clearly demonstrate all of the ways the IP can be used. I have to tell you, I'm so impressed with how organized and busy you are! I raised one child (he's 40 now!) and wonder if I would have come anywhere near your energy and creativity if I'd had four. Kudos and thanks for the great videos!
