I open my chicken then wrap each piece in Saran then I know there is no air in it . Then put it or two pieces that fits in a freezer bag Qt. Size. This works well on pork chops too. With a pork loin. I cut it into butterfly chops and do the same as chicken. Works great

Good timing, I cooked up some freezer burned chicken in my Instant Pot today. I figured that way if cooking it would add plenty of moisture. It’s just going to be sliced thin for ramen and the rest shredded for chicken salad sandwiches.

Good tips! My wife likes mashed potatoes and gravy and grilling chicken eliminates juices I’d use in a gravy. So if it’s chicken it’s pot roasted. That shredded chicken and green (?) salsa looks interesting. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos.
