I don't know why but watching someone make something just shows me how easy it is. Thank you for sharing. Ana onlyinmydreams has said she makes a breakfast casserole from Idaho dehydrated hash browns you get at dollar tree. I had found the potatoes and took it with me to my kids. Well with left over ham, my granddaughter and I decided to make this breakfast casserole, and it turned out great. And was easy. We can use easy these days.
