Zack and Jen, I know this is not the subject of this video, but The United States Supreme Court has now set aside the Biden Administration/OSHA's mandate for vaccination. This was apparently a 6 to 3 decision, so it's not likely to be overturned or re-heard. I think this is now the law of the land, permanently! This should be really good news for you and your family. I am very glad for you and all the others who would have potentially been devastated by this mandate. God bless you and yours!

Great video!! 2 Questions:
1) Does the freeze dryer give off heat?? Just wondering if it would warm up an area while it's running.
I prefer to freeze most things as I am scared to can things in a pantry and do it wrong. ( I have had extremely severe food poisoning twice in the past, from 2 different restaurants. If the pros can't get it right, what are my chances, lol. 😂) But I am always looking at other possibilities as the inflation in food costs has been savage recently.
2) Noticed in the back ground the lovely spiral egg holder. Can we get a brand or link to it. I've never seen such a convenient solution. Thanks 😊
I buy freeze dried apples, bananas, strawberries and pears at the store and mix them in some yogurt and let them sit overnight for work the next day. Very yummy. Also, if you snack on the freeze dried fruit, make sure you are drinking plenty of water that day or the snack will pull water from your body and lead to constipation 😂

Wilted lettuce salad is one of my family favorites. I have an old amish cooked dressing that goes on it. Can’t be beat. We have it every Christmas and Easter.
Arugula with blueberries, feta, slivered almonds, and a vinaigrette dressing is so good. Great video. Glad the eggs worked for ya.
I have a good saver with a vacuum but didn't know about the Mason jar sealer! Immediately went to Amazon and bought both the regular and wide mouth! Thank you!!!
Brake bleeders work well as a manual option for sealing your jars when you do not have electricity to use your food saver.
You can eat the pear in the dried form it is great as a snack..

I have not purchased my freeze dryer yet… Because we’re moving in six months across the country. But I did join a freeze training group, and I’ve heard lots of complaints so then I was second-guessing do I really want to get a freeze dryer? Did you have any issues using your freeze dryer… Can you do a video about that subject, please. I did watch your first video trying to freeze dry milk, and I’m not sure what went wrong still. Are you not going to be able to freeze dry milk? Did you have any vacuum issues or temperature issues? I would really like to learn the inns and outs through you guys if I could.

I’ve been on a meat, veg and fruit kick.
Finally did a batch of skittles, starburst and pumpkin caramel that I had in the pantry just for fun. Also did leftover cheesecake bites from Christmas. So much fun!

When you have a LOT of eggs and freeze dry them, will you have things like that available in the store? Also, nice kitchen boa hanging in the panty! I made some of those for the family for Christmas.. I thought they were pretty cool.
