I find it hard to believe that he just went there for a mental health check just a bit wierd. I dont know who to believe anymore. Maybe durianrider really does miss freelee. Cause durianrider is always in some sort of trouble.

But it wasn't just Freelee who leaned out after including cooked starches, Durian Rider commented on another video that he too became leaner after including cooked starches. Was his thyroid still "healing" too?

Great interview! I feel like you’re the type of guy who makes everyone feel like their best friend.

Question for the next time you interview DR: Do his recommendations change at all for women over 50 or going through perimenopause/menopause? Should we eat fewer calories as we age? Also, will his diet keep us healthy and as disease free as possible as we age? Just wondering if he has different advice for older women or people with health problems.

Thanks a lot for the interview and really great that you guys take the time and that you are honest. Try to get Freelee for an honest interview without jump cuts. 🤣

When I was browsing through YT comments the other day I was shocked how many people are still believing Freelee. They definitely have not met Harley in real life. He is one of the friendliest persons I have ever met and as soon as he sees a opportunity to help someone he takes it.

He saved so many people including myself from eating disorders. It is really sad that people want to take his reputation down just for money not giving a shit about his good message and advice.

Great interview-lots of questions I've had were answered. Without choosing sides here, I have to say that after listening to Harley for the last few months, I've gotten a ton of value and information from his videos. He doesn't hold anything back in terms of actionable advice. I just discovered that he has a podcast on spotify and I've listened on my morning walk the last two days. I love being yelled at to stop being a fat idiot lol (past cyclical keto dieter here). It helps that I already agree with/implement a lot of his lifestyle advice, which makes me want to follow his nutrition advice. I like Freelee too, but I feel like even she is sick of her own content. She seems less enthused about the criticism videos lately. She's also been hiding her face for months, and saying its because of poor internet access, no studio etc. Then I see Harley out in a tent?? I mean filming can happen anywhere and it can't be that hard to edit where there's higher speed Internet. That being said, no one should HAVE to show their face. But something else seems to be going on there. I do hope she is okay.

When I had hyperphagia it lasted 2-3 months. Was following a french HCLF youtuber promoting RT4/RT12
You have rebound on any foods but still will be optimal to do it on fruit, rice, quinoa, potatoes. You get rewarded after taking appropriate care of your body needs. Takes time but always rewarded

Durian Rider has restored my trust in him again. I like the guy's honesty… And, Freelee, did look amazing when she was with him compared to now. I hardly recognize her. It would be good if you had Harley on again.

Long overdue. When someone keeps slandering you, at some point you have no choice. And the biggest joke is she’s the one who says he has to move on. What a joke, she refuses to move on. Calling Camille Vasquez

So interesting you’re talking about hyperphasia …. I had been mostly low carb even keto for a long time and even though I added back some carbs over the past few months it wasn’t until I started eating a lot more fruit that I realized how hungry I was. Like a whole new stomach opened up. But I was also getting other signals that my body needed more carbs like I actually could feel a high after eating and definitely experience more extreme hunger when I need to eat. I’m trying so hard not to let my old ways interfere and listen to my body’s needs. I have the tendency to lean towards adding fats for satiety …. My family mostly watches their carbs so I do struggle with the mindset of am I eating too many carbs…. I was so low and am at about 220 right now. I have no weight to lose and actually have lost weight with more carbs so I’m a little confused how to navigate….. is there a point when someone should add in fats ? I can only eat so many melons and rice and potatoes before I explode 🤯

I'm glad you had Durianrider on again also glad he explained the whole Freelee situation, so it looks like he was crying because he was sad from seeing the state that she's in, Freelee looks different but I wouldn't say Botox it looks like she had fillers and some kind of eye surgery
I find that so sad because her face was fine the way it was before narrow faces are attractive she didn't have to puff up her face
That's what some celebrity females have done when they get really thin they get cosmetic surgery on their face that makes them look like puffy it's called pillow face, I personally like the chiseled face look on both men and women, so I'm leaning more towards and believing Durianrider again
Because Freelee has been acting a little suspicious

You retain water from cooked food because of leukocytosis. The immune system responds with white blood cells to cooked food as though it's being invaded. Dr kutchkov proved this.
