This place is so cool! Awesome air fryer demo! I love seeing you cooking again! Didn’t know about toast in the air fryer – I HAVE to have my morning English muffin so I actually keep a toaster in my camper. I hear REI has an orienteering course – in case Aaron. Feels he wants to freshen up his map skills but even a dead end there is a beautiful place to end up! Good luck with the trail running

Where do people get the idea that an egg needs to be refrigerated? ProTip: It doesn't. If you're 2 people, eating 2 eggs a day average, that's 3 days for a dozen eggs. As long as they're being kept in a reasonably cool place like inside an air-conditioned RV, you don't need to refrigerate eggs. Mother hens don't refrigerate them.

For your fridge put a battery operated fridge fan in it to move the air around to help even the temperature out.
What I do on my air fryer is put foil on the bottom pan and it saves me from washing one pan, I love my air fryer too
One of my favorites! Been camping there a few times. Popular with Los Angelinos. You may find parties on weekend nights.
Just discovered there are parchment liners that look like big coffee filters for inside the air fryer basket to keep from having to clean them after use, thinking when boondocking and saving water is essential, this could really be a good thing. Just an idea!
Do you worry leaving your trailer behind
Aaron, Cris fyi…. keep a pair of needle nose pliers and strong tweezers in your backpack when out in the cacti…. those suckers getcha from all angles ! Especially if you have a dog! I've removed many a barbed thorn out hiking around. Even being aware I still manage to get the darn things!

Replacing our Norcold N8X absorption refrigerator with a Norcold N10DC compressor refrigerator was certainly one of your best upgrades. Despite my efforts and cooling fans, our N8X simply couldn't regulate its temperature very well, especially in hot weather. So far, zero issues with the N10DC. And we gained 2 cu ft of storage space in the exact same footprint.
What is the shade you pulled down when leaving your trailer??!!!!! 😮😳
