I bought the peach and the strawberry lemonade of the base and I prefer the peach, I also bought their peanut butter cookies and I had to hide them out of view, oh my they are so good. I am doing a slow cooker pepper Jack and bacon cauliflower this week as well as bbq chicken. As of tomorrow, weigh in day I am switching from straight keto to Mediterranean/keto, where total carbs will be counted. I am having a hard time with all the fat and protein, so I’m really not losing like I should be. I am usually way under my net carbs and calories so I’m going to concentrate on clean eating but still keeping the carbs low. Have a great week!
I'm making bbq chicken (wings) this week, too and I also bought the same flavor BBQ sauce! LOL We bought a lot of the same ingredients this week (peppers, cukes, zukes, eggs, bbq sauce, grape tomatoes, provolone, shreddy parm, turkey lunch meat) I think most coffee does actually have carbs, but it's not always listed and I'm not sure why. Like if you look up carbs in coffee beans it will be listed….I can't remember where I read that, but I did look it up at one point. Also the carb count is different depending if they are using Arabica or Robusta beans. I don't tend to worry about tracking that. If you haven't tried the Starbucks Blonde iced coffee (in the refrigerated section), you totally should. I never thought I'd like blonde roast because I have always been a dark roast gal, however I saw Mollye several years ago when I still did WW rave about it and I finally had to try it (also a few years ago) and I absolutely LOVE it just plain black because it's got an inherent sweetness and it's utterly smooth. (I think her channel is called Classically Mollye now)
