    How much of this dish can you eat in a day? …. Noticed you dished out TWO heaping spoons, but did you eat all that was on your plate? …. Quinoa  & all that still has calories, even if healthy …. I don't want to jeopardize my weight loss … Thank you

    Recipe looks yummy! I will make but -( I prefer coarse white/ or brown bulgur I sprinkle over lemon juice add pepper ad herbamare-salt mix it with steamed kale)

    Thank you for doing this. It’s my first visit. Like you, I’m choosing to try and save my life (I’m 69 years old but better late than never). Someone gave me a mini Instant Pot for Christmas and when I finally opened it a couple weeks ago I was surprised. Considering a 6 quart might be better .     I made this dish over the weekend and it's really good, Heather! Thank you very much for sharing the recipe. I used 1 pound regular quinoa with 2 c water and it was very dry when cooked. It tasted good but very dry so I hope that's how it was supposed to be. It was so dry I didn't add the flaxseed.
