Some really good tips – thank you. I don't know if anyone else does this, but I bulk buy ingredients when I see them on offer and save extra money. Just something I have done for quite a while. It is worth keeping an eye out for offers. Best wishes from England, Lottie
Super helpful and you put it in easy terms we can all understand! I unfortunately don't can, but I buy cans! I am happy to have your channel as a resource, thank you!
Great video and also great advice on the chicken stock. We are creature of habits as well and tend to eat the same thing with a few changes. We will definitely be trying this challenge. Thank you for sharing!!
What an eminently sensible attitude to the subject – and how very charmingly you put it across. I look forward to watching more of your vlogs and wish you well in growing your channel.
Great ideas! I enjoyed your speaking style and presentation. Having eight children gives you lots of credibility. On a regular basis though, in the day's meals you give as an example, there is not nearly enough protein.
The most sensible video I've seen on meal prep shopping! I've seen so many with pantries overflowing with items I can't imagine they will use up the variety before it expires! Most of us cook and eat the same few meals so this advice is cost effective and doable.

Very helpful explanation on how to build a pantry. Thank you. (:
Please do t tell people NOT to buy rice and beans. My family eat this all the time. You just have to know how to seasons them.
