When I saw the cost of your freeze-drying supplies, I unsubscribed immediately because I don't subscribe to greedy Crooks. You are ripping off people!!!

I noticed that sometimes you use in infrared thermometer and sometimes you use a moisture meter when checking your dried foods. What is the purpose of each one and do they both tell you if the food's dry?

I applied to the MeWe group almost 2 weeks ago, my wife and I applied the same day, they accepted her request and my request still says pending, can somebody accept me into the group? My wife and I just ordered our freeze dryer 2 weeks ago and wanted to get involved in the community

These do sound yummy. I would suggest to lightly steam the broccoli. It’s pretty hard to digest raw. Also suggest steaming or sautéing the spinach as it makes it more bioavailable. Obviously don’t overcook the broccoli or spinach since you want to leave as much of the nutrients as possible.

I've been making baby food powder for all my grandbabies for years now. Years ago in the 80's they made a dry commercial baby food, you just took the amount of powdery flakes out of the mini can it came in & added water. No wasted baby food. Unfortunately they stopped making it.
However, having used these, I knew we could do same for our grandkids and we have. We even FD breast milk for our nursing daughters. Its worked out great.

I’ve been processing and giving single ingredient raw fruit and veggies that are powdered and stored in 1/2 pint jars as gifts for new parents. Single ingredient, non GMO, no preservative food allows new parents to introduce one food at a time.

I make powders of all the different fruits and veggies and mix them as I feel like each time I feed baby.. ( I have 15 ish bottles of the separate powders)
I also do not cook my veggies I just puree them before putting on the trays it keeps most of the nutrition in the food.
I add veggie powders to most store bought baby food to just add more yummy nutrition into everything!!

I've seen you do videos on how to change your oil but I would love to see a video on the steps you take to clean the actual freeze dryer. Especially how you deal with the cord in the back when putting the shelves back in and how you clean your drain tubes. Love the videos, thanks for all you do =)
