It would be interesting for you to make a video about the demographics of prepping and why those demographics exist. For example, why is it so rare to find vegan preppers? Atheist preppers? Left-wing preppers? NorthEast Asian preppers? South Asian preppers? Middle Eastern preppers? Philipino preppers?
I don't see any reason not to chop up your fermented foods. Lots of condiments are fermented, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce.
