    Thank you.
Some places soak their chicken in brine overnight; before packaging them. This makes the chicken pieces larger. Always check the sodium level on the chicken package label.

    Water glassing; yes, please.

Great video! We just got baby chicjs so I would LOVE a video of your daily chores with your hens, how you take care of them, how many you have to get that many eggs anything new chick owners should know and most definitely a video on water glassing. Thank you so much for all you share with your community.

Great video! I needed this today. While I watched this, I am vaccum sealing chicken breasts, wings, and drumsticks, after prepping fruits and veggies earlier, and now I only need to grab some things from the freezer… I agree completely about using only 2 breasts per chicken meal. We like chicken thighs in our curry chicken as well.. I will definitely be trying this for chicken stock. Thank you for the tips for freezer organization.. Thank you for sharing!!!

I just got finished separating a pack of the Sam’s chicken breasts. They are huge for our family of 5, so I have started slicing them in half so they are thinner. Then I cut half of them into tenders and leave half in bigger pieces. I did this on Jan 29th and today and still have a bag of tenders left from Jan 29th. I also buy 1 rotisserie chicken when I shop at the beginning of the month and we slice the breast that night and eat some on sandwiches with random sides. Then I pull off the dark meat to use in a recipe the next day (gumbo or jambalaya) that we can eat on a few days or freeze. Now I’m boiling the carcass and the cuts off of the boneless skinless breasts for broth. I really need to learn how to water glass eggs. I just gave away 4 dozen because we haven’t been able to eat them fast enough.
Wasn’t real motivated this morning but once I started working in the kitchen, it just flowed and I was able to clean out the fridge and separate scraps for the chickens or to throw in our old garden area for the wildlife. Plus the dishes are done and supper is done before 4pm.

Hello! I thoroughly enjoyed your video and useful information
Your calming clear presentation was appreciated. You were spot on mentioning that you do not always want to tackle your to do list. By picking just one item on the list and completing it you are then motivated to do more tasks. This happened to me this morning for which I am grateful. Have a Blessed day
